When I saw Bryce’s flash, I couldn’t shake the feeling that it needed to live beyond skin. Not everyone wants a tattoo, but everyone can feel the inspiration behind the design. I asked my friend Shane Thomas from Perfect the Craft to print a few of Bryce’s designs, a Tiger, a Pineapple, and a Peony onto acrylic. They were beautiful. But I imagined more.
What if the artwork could glow? What if it could radiate the same energy it has in Bryce’s tattoos?
For six months, I tinkered, tested, and engineered a way to channel light through acrylic until Bryce’s art wasn’t just seen, but alive. When the prototypes were finished, the reactions said everything. People were stunned. Bryce himself was in awe. And then he said something that changed everything:
“You should start a business with this. I know so many artists who’d love to see their work displayed like this.”
That moment was the beginning of SignsAglo.
