Signsaglo LLC – Return & Refund Policy

At Signsaglo LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Our policy distinguishes between customized and non-customized products, since many of our items are made-to-order.


Returns

  • Non-Customized Signs: You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To qualify, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it. Proof of purchase is required.
  • Customized Signs: Because these products are created specifically for you, we cannot accept returns unless the item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your sign is damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the product you want is to place a new order after your return is approved.


European Union Customers

If your order ships into the EU, you are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period. You may cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval or denial. If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary by bank or credit card provider.
